        where Aw can be 5 or 7 denoting aw of 0.95 and 0.97, Inoc can be T, M or B, and Rep can be A, B or C.

Day: day of measurement (since the start of the experiment)

Remaining columns denote squares of the jar surface. 0 means that the growth was not detected on that spot and 1 means that it was.
This columns denote the jar surfaces as: T (Top), B(Bottom), N (North), S(South), E(East), and W (West).

    T1:T121 The top of the jar was divided in 121 squares (11x11).
    B1:B121 The bottom of the jar was divided in 121 squares (11x11). 
    E1:E77 East surface of the jar was divided in 77 squares (7 layers high and 11 layers wide)
    W1:W77 West surface of the jar was divided in 77 squares (7 layers high and 11 layers wide)
    S1:S77 South surface of the jar was divided in 77 squares (7 layers high and 11 layers wide)   
    N1:N77 North surface of the jar was divided in 77 squares (7 layers high and 11 layers wide)
