DrivAer hp-F: the CAD geometry pack

CAD geometry files are related to the development of a high-performance DrivAer model ('DrivAer-hp', a 4th model configuration).

Wind tunnel tests had been performed in the Cranfield 8x6 Wind Tunnel.
