Micro-CT data investigating effect of irisin on trabecular bone in diabetic osteopathy

Micro-CT data collected to investigate the effect of irisin on trabecular bone in a stretozotocin-induced animal model of diabetic osteopathy. All data collected from the Ward's triangle region ot the femoral head.

Data files include all radiographs (as  tiffs) and files required to reconstruct volumes using e.g. CT Pro and/or VG StudioMax software and Dragonfly software.
